Orders

All prices are shown in DKK and include VAT applicable in the customer's country, unless otherwise stated.

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Your order is binding once it has been confirmed by Clean Sheets ApS.

Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Payment is only captured when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery

We deliver throughout the European Union.

Normal delivery time is 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at hello@cleansheets.eu before the withdrawal period expires.

The products must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the products.

Products must be returned in substantially the same condition as received. If the products have been used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality, any resulting loss in value may be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved the returned products, the purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Complaints

Consumers are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty in accordance with Danish consumer legislation.

Any complaint should be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered.

Personal Data

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

Complaints Procedure

If we are unable to resolve a complaint together, you may submit a complaint through the relevant consumer dispute resolution body in your country of residence or through the European Online Dispute Resolution platform where applicable.

Subscription Terms

Subscription

By purchasing a subscription, you will automatically receive new deliveries according to the selected delivery interval.

Payment will be charged automatically before each shipment using your chosen payment method.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription will automatically renew until you choose to cancel it.

Commitment

There is no minimum commitment period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Changes or Cancellation

At any time, you may:

Change your delivery interval
Skip a delivery
Pause your subscription
Cancel your subscription

Any changes or cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours before the next scheduled payment. Otherwise, the upcoming order will be processed as planned, and the changes will take effect from the following delivery.

Price Changes

If subscription prices change, you will be notified by email within a reasonable period before the new price takes effect.

If you do not wish to continue your subscription, you may cancel it before your next payment.

Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to charge the payment method again.

If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.

Right of Withdrawal

Subscriptions purchased online are covered by a 14-day right of withdrawal.

If the first shipment has already been delivered within the withdrawal period, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the delivered products from any refund, in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
